Supplier Application

India Based IT Companies including distributors, resellers and publishers can register their names with ICIA by filling the application form subject to satisfying the following conditions: 

1. The Company should be registered under the Registrar of Companies.

2. The Company should have been operating in India for the past three years.

3. The Company should have an International Quality Assurance certificate e.g. ISO 9001, CMM.

4. The main focus of the Company should be related to Hardware/Software Supply/developing Educational Softwares.

5. The Company must submit the Annual Accounts details for the past three years certified by an auditor.

6. The profile of the organization in detail should be submitted.

7. A minimum of 2 commercial references should be provided.

8. A bank reference where the Company is currently operating its account should be provided.

9. The Company should provide all the necessary support after the installation of the Software/Hardware.
